Additional ingredients that you will need are as follows:
- 450g Lamb cubed
- 1 Onion chopped
- 200g tin Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Green Chilli quartered
- 3 tblsp Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- ½ tsp Salt
- 280ml Water
- 2 sprigs of fresh Coriander chopped
