Additional ingredients that you will need are as follows:

  • 450g Lamb cubed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 200g tin Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli quartered
  • 3 tblsp Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 280ml Water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh Coriander chopped
