  • 750g white fish cubed
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 50g tamarind pulp
  • 1 whole coconut grated
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • 2 green chillies finely shredded
  • 500ml hot water
  • 2 springs of fresh
  • coriander chopped
