- 750g white fish cubed
- salt to taste
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- 50g tamarind pulp
- 1 whole coconut grated
- 2 tbsps oil
- 2 green chillies finely shredded
- 500ml hot water
- 2 springs of fresh
- coriander chopped
