Additional ingredients that you will need are as follows:

  • 750g boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chilli paste
  • 2 tbsps vinegar
  • 2 tbsps oil for basting
  • onion rings to garnish
  • lemon wedges to garnish
